Pastor Bill and Jessica have been a part of the Williamsburg community since 2010, blessed with four wonderful children. Bill's deep love for the Word of God and expertise in biblical languages stems from his academic journey—he holds a Bachelor of Arts in History from Lynchburg College and a Masters of Arts in Theological Studies from Liberty University. Beyond his pastoral duties, Bill has passionately served on mission trips to Mexico, the Dominican Republic, and Cuba, sharing the transformative message of Jesus with diverse groups.

Bill also shares his musical talents with the congregation, occasionally strumming his mandolin and lending his voice to the worship team.

Jessica is the vibrant force behind church communications and lends her time to others in the journey of inner healing. Leading both the Women's Ministry and the Transformation Center, she extends her passion for forgiveness, redemption, and grace to all she encounters. Her consultancy work with ministries across administration, communications, and design reflects her commitment to spreading the Gospel through practical support and spiritual guidance.

Jessica's personal testimony resonates with themes of repentance, forgiveness, and deliverance, echoing her heartfelt desire for others to experience the profound beauty of God's grace.
